Fargo Parks Sports Complex – Phase II
RTL Construction partnered with McGough Construction Co., LLC on Phase II of the Fargo Parks Sports Complex, a large-scale multi-use athletic facility in Fargo, ND. RTL provided exterior framing and sheathing along with full interior framing and drywall systems across multiple areas of the complex, including ice rinks, courts, and support spaces. Scope also included insulation systems utilizing both batt and spray foam applications at exterior walls, parapets, and canopy structures. The project required coordination with specialized building systems such as rink refrigeration and mechanical infrastructure, delivering durable assemblies suited for high-traffic recreational use.
