The build‑out features a unique exterior framed system with extensive engineering coordination for exterior and interior assemblies, skyway tie‑ins, gypsum board systems, in‑wall backing/plywood, firestopping at slab edges, and a feature atrium with Gypsorb perforated panels. High‑end finishes required rigorous quality‑control inspections throughout.
