RTL Construction partnered with Mortenson Construction on the Astera Health Cancer Center, a new 14,000+ square foot addition to an existing healthcare campus in Wadena, MN. RTL provided framing, drywall, and insulation systems throughout the single-story facility, including patient care areas, infusion spaces, and specialty treatment rooms. The project also included exterior framing and coordination of spray foam insulation at parapets, canopy structures, and building transitions. Working within a highly detailed, code-driven healthcare environment, RTL delivered precise wall assemblies and finishes while coordinating closely with multiple trades to support complex medical equipment and building systems.
